Bone Suckin' 4 Step Chicken

Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning & Rub
Chicken, 1 quartered

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. Rub chicken generously with Bone Suckin' Poultry Seasoning.
  3. Place in covered oven proof dish.
  4. Cook in preheated oven at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Make sure your chicken reaches 165° internal temperature and juices run clear. Let rest 10 minutes before serving. Great over wild rice. Enjoy!! (Garnish with Parsley – Optional).
