Cook Time: 20 mins.
Ingredients:
Bone Suckin' Sauce, 3/4 cup, (1/2 cup for pizza and 1/4 cup for chicken)
Pizza Dough, 24 oz. ball
Olive Oil, small amount to brush on grill
Mozzarella, 1 1/2 cup, shredded
Grilled Chicken Breast, 1, chopped, slice or shredded
Flour, 1 Tbsp.
Parsley, 1/4 cup, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Preheat grill to a low flame about 350°. Place a little flour on a cutting board or pastry cloth and roll out the pizza dough to about ¼ inch in thickness. Place dough on grill and spread 1/2 cup of Bone Suckin' Sauce over pizza dough. (The rest of the Bone Suckin' Sauce should be poured over cooked chicken in a bowl.) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over Bone Suckin' Sauce and finish the pizza with chicken coated with Bone Suckin' Sauce.
Close the grill and let pizza cook for 5 minutes.
After five minutes, check that the crust is cooking slowly and adjust the heat if necessary. Cook an additional 15 minutes. The cheese should be fully melted, crust crispy, but not burned and pizza hot.
Use tongs to remove the pizza from the grill. Just slide pizza off of grill onto a cutting board. Garnish with parsley. Cut, serve and enjoy!
